Re: Anyone use a Step Platform at home?
Are you talking about a step for aerobics?
I have two - one of the more expensive reebok ones and one of the cheaper versions, I dont remember what brand.
The expensive one is worth the price - its much longer and sturdier. When its longer it's easier to do the turning moves. When I use the other cheapy I always feel like I'm going to fall off...

I need mental help. Quote button is not the same as Edit button. I must remember that. You think I would after 2+ years... I need to stop drinking at lunchtime.

I do the same thing a lot - I hit quote instead of edit so I keep quoting myself!
I have a Reebok step. I've had it for years and years.

Re: Anyone use a Step Platform at home?
This is the one I have. I did a quick search and found it here. I think I bought mine from the Sports Authority.
The one you list up there looks cool, but I'd have worries about it holding my weight... probably not a problem you would have to worry about! Us morbidly obese folks have problems finding machines, etc that will take our weight. Its a catch 22 - can't lose weight till you exercise, but can't use an exercise machine until you lose weight.
That's why I like mine - its nice and sturdy!
