I used it and I love it! I blow dried and then flat ironed my hair and it came out nice, had some body instead of coming out so flat. I do have the T3 blow dryer though, and the product is supposed to work with it somehow, but I don't know if that is really true or a gimmick.
I think like any product, it just depends on the type of hair you have. Some will love it, some will hate it.

I'm so mad at T3! I had a blowdryer that lasted me a year. $200 bucks down the drain. My $20 hairdryer does just as good of job.
