DH likes it cooler in the house and i have gotten used to it...but to answer your ?
During the day at home? 64-66 - depends how cold it is out
while sleeping? 62
When not at home? 59

while out at work: 60
so basically, most of the time its set at 60.. its only up at 70 for a few hours between getting home from work and going to bed.

We keep ours at 62 and then raise it to 65 if we are downstairs hanging out and get cold. But most of the time 62.

OMG we have it high!   We have a townhouse- and I have heard that since we have an end unit, it's more difficult to heat up because of this.
We have it on 69-70 when home AND when sleeping (it has been COLD lately)
I've been turning it down to 63 when I leave but I guess it won't hurt to go down to 60.
DH thinks we can bring it down while we sleep but I'm such a baby with the cold!
In the house I grew up in, it was soooo hard to get the downstairs to be warm. I always snuck the thermostat to 70. Upstairs had its own system and it was always nice and toasty up there.

I just kicked mine up ...DH has kept it sooooo cold in here.
He set it at 66 during the day when we are here
62 while sleeping and when we are not home

When we are home we have it set between 67 and 70. DH would probably like it lower, but I do not like being cold.
When we are sleeping: 62.
When we are not home, we keep it at 60.

We have dual heating thermostats.
During the day - both at 64
At home after 5pm, downstairs 67, upstairs 64
At home after 11pm, downstairs 64, upstairs 67.

We have forced hot air and use under 600 gallons of oil a year. I guess it is very efficient.

We have two zones
The one zone is always at 69.
The other zone is 62 while we sleep, 69 when we are home and 62 during the day.

when we are home 67-68
sleeping 62..it's set to adjust to 68 upon wake up
not at home 65. I find that if the house is too cold all day, it takes much more energy and time to warm the house..also, I have a kitty.
