Anyone use "The Sleep Lady Shuffle"? I have some ?
DD is almost 4 months old, and doesn't nap. She's clearly tired, but either doesn't go to sleep or doesn't stay that way. When I see that she's tired, I'll go through our bedtime routine and put her into her crib... and she's awake ten minutes later. I'm trying to avoid a CIO nap training method, but am keeping an open mind.
If you used Kim West's "Sleep Lady Shuffle," how long did it take to see results? When did you use it? (naps, nighttime, overnight?)

Could the bedtime routine be waking her up? Have yOu tried just putting her down and leaving?

Could the bedtime routine be waking her up? Have yOu tried just putting her down and leaving?
Yup... and she cries harder and louder if she doesn't see me.
