Anyone use the supplement FENUGREEK while breastfeeding?
Just curious...a lactation consultant recommended it to help with milk but the warning on the bottle says to contact your doctor if you are pregnant or nursing.

i used it they have it on there cause it produces alot of milk they want u to watch so u don't get an infection.

I used More Milk Plus...worked wonders. It has fenugreek in it.

I don't mean to crash...but I do work in the nutrition department for a vitamin/dietary supplement co.
The warning is there for a reason, you really should double check with an OBGYN or even a pharmacist, esp if taking other meds too. If you call the co they will say the exact same thing. You can never be too careful even though people think its a pain in the butt. HTH

I used it whenever I got AF to keep my supply up because it always took a MAJOR dip.

I used it but I didn't think it helped me that much. On the other hand More milk plus was unbelievable!

I used it and found it was good but not miraculous. It was recommended by my lactation consultant.
