I am so not into the Olympics and thought the choreography was amazing. Beautiful dancers and the drummers were incredible.

This is amazing!
I do have a question though, if there are only, let's say 4 athlete's competing, why are there so many people walking? Who are the extra people?

I think the coachs and "helpers" walk also. Anyone that is part of the "team" for the country...not jsut the athletes

I loved how every athlete that walked in had to walk over colored chalk and then dragged that chalk across the floor. It made a colorful mural that every athlete contributed to. I thought there was so much symbolism and thought that went into each performance last night. It was amazing!

I agree. It was amazing! There were so many great parts I can't decide which was my favorite. Although, I LOVED the drums in the beginning. And the boxes that had the performers inside moving them up and down.

Out of his class of 30, 20 had passed away in that terrible earthquake not too long ago. He helped save the 9 that survived. When asked about his actions he said he is hall monitor and thats what he does.
