Anyone work at a camp or went to camp or have children ?

I have to design a recreation program for a day camp
Kids are with me 1hr/day; 5 days/wk.
Various age levels 1-12 graders.
Incorporates fitness/health

They are letting me do whatever I want, so I am looking for more ideas.

PARENTS: What would you want your kids to do during that time?

WORKERS/FORMER CAMPERS: What activities did you play (it's inside an aerobics room, so limited in space)

So far I have:
HR monitoring/Goal Setting
Warm-up
Cool-down
Step/Hi-low/Cardiobox
Physioballs
weights
body weight exercises
Stretching
Jump Rope
Stations/Circuit

What else

I worked at a camp and did teambuilding activities. There are a number of them you can do inside. Just do a search on google or look for books in the library.

I used to be a recreation programmer. The campers loved all sorts of relay races and obstacle courses.

There was one called Octopus that may work. There is one kid who is the tagger and must tag the Octopus before they get from one side to another. If they get tagged, they are seaweed and must stand still. It becomes a bit of an obstacle course because the kids must get across without getting tagged or going into the seaweed. Its fun!
