If so, would you mind sharing your experience with it? Thanks.

I stumbled upon it after seeing an advertisement for Hofstras program. During the summer its 150 for group sessions 45 minute long. I believe it's 4 days a week. I called for info Thursday so hopefully I have it next week. It's probably training for teaching students but my son needs reading help and I can't afford a tutor.
Hofstras program was 500

We enrolled our son in Fordham's summer reading program last year. It was mostly parent trading for reading with your kids and they heavily marketed their reading packages but it was fun and he really enjoyed it. They would act out stories and draw scenes from the stories which helped DS to get excited about what was going on in the books they read.

We did the Fordham program with DS the summers between k and 1 and 1 & 2. I liked the program but I don't know if it replaces a tutor.
