anyone's DC have the shakes when they wake up?
I noticed a few months ago when DD was waking up in the AM and after her naps that she was shaky...I asked the ped and she said it is normal if they are coming out of sleep for them to shake a little.....now months later I have been paying more attention to it and have noticed that she is shaky until she finished her milk in the morning or her juice in the afternoon...I told the ped this and she said maybe it is low blood sugar but we really cant get a fasting BW on her yet because she is only 18 months however she gave me a script to get her blood tested for a bunch of stuff just not fasting. Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen and if so what was the outcome?

Re: anyone's DC have the shakes when they wake up?
Every so often when my daughter (23 months) wakes up she is a little shaky. Usually only if I wake her up out of a dead sleep though. She'll be a little shaky, or wobbly for a bit but it goes away and I never even gave it much thought. It happens pretty infrequently though.

YES! DS is almost 18 months and most mornings when I am getting him changed/dressed for the day, this happens. I thought it was just from the transition from warm crib to cool air when I am changing him?

Happened to both my DDs as well. Only when waking them up from a deep sleep they would shake for a few mins.

my DD has done very so often. It bugs my DH cause he thinks something is wrong. I have brought up several time to our ped and he said it is normal.
