I just got a quote for renovating our garage. We're going to be taking a two car garage and making it into a finished basement/bonus room. DH and I discussed what we thought the price would be and the price we were given by a friend seems on the high side, about $2-3K more then we thought it would/should be. I was just wondering if someone's DH would be nice enough to take a quick look at the quote and see if it seems reasonable, or if it's way too high.
