Anyone's weight fluctuate?
I am talking like 3-5 pounds in 2 days!!!!
I can get on the scale this morning and then tomorrow I will be 3 pounds lighter or 4 pounds heavier!!!!
what's that all about?

Mine does all the time that is why I try to stay away from the scale. I am doing Weight Watchers & that is the only time I weigh in and that is the # I stick with.

That happens to me too. I think it's most likely related to time of month, amount of water I drink (or don't drink), how salty my food was the previous day and how late I ate the night before.

I agree, Iate sushi at about 8:30, so I guess I have a bunch of retention!!!!

Me too and I HATE it...esp now because AF is due to visit in the next few days or so.

Have you been drinking a lot of water? Did you eat a heavy meal? How are your bowel movements?
PS The last one is rhetorical.  Those are questions a gastroentronologist (not spelled right) would ask.

This is normal. I see a nutritionist every week (which is the only time I get on the scale) and she said that weight could fluctuate a couple pounds day to day. There could be many factors, water, salt, time of the month, if you have or have not gone to the bathroom. It is normal and will balance, average out in the end. Assuming you are eating/exercising the same. No one will weigh exactly the same every single day.

Mine does all the time that is why I only weight myself once a week and even then it goes crazy. So basically I stopped making myself crazy and just went by how my clothes fit.

Yup, this is why I weigh myself every Saturday as soon as I get up & go to the bathroom!!! I have stopped worrying about what the scale says & basing it all on clothes fitting me!!!
