Anything I can do to make myself feel better? I have a bad upper respiratory infection
I went to the dr. today and got Zithromax but this cough is horrible...it is a wet, phlegmy cough and it hurts 
Can I use the Vicks Baby Rub that I use on DS? It has nothing in it, just lavender and natural ingredients. The dr. told me I can use some types of Robitussin but to check with my OB and of course my OB's office is closed and isn't open on the weekends.

Vicks is fine! Ricola throat drops work wonders too

Do you have a humidifier you could use at night? That might help. Feel better

My OB told me that I could take any type of Robitussin, which I did, and it did help. It was also in the printed info packet that he gives to all preggos.
Tea with honey helped too. Feel better!

I have the same thing, I've had it for 3 weeks now. Vicks helps at night, I've also been using the netti pot. Hope you feel better soon!

you can use regular vicks...
i had/have the same thing and the z-pack only worked 'okay'. the robitussin is helping a LOT.....
