Anything I can take to thicken the uterine lining?
Does anyone know of any vitamins/supplements I can take? I figure if the point in waiting to TTC after a m/c is to build the uterine lining up, I may as well do what I can to help things along. Thanks!

I have read that B-6 will lengthen you Luteal phase. i dont know if it helps to thicken the lining though, but i dont think it would hurt!

1 baby asprin(low does asprin) per day Bromelain will thicken the lining Vitamins B6 and B12. acupuncture estrogen and progesterone(need prescriptions)
Just so you know every cycle your lining sheds and thins and then your natural hormones help it to grow again by the right time in your cycle. You had no D&C and do what you feel comfortable with but my Dr has told me there is no reason to wait after a natural miscarriage. It is based ibn outdated suspicions and the desire of the Dr to date the pregnancy

Thanks!! I've been going crazy reading articles about this, and doing searches on here. That's the idea I got - that they will have difficulty dating. Maybe it's worse than I think, but to me, big whoop!

Dr's are not Gods do what you feel comfortable with.

Re: Anything I can take to thicken the uterine lining?
I know - it's hard to determine if I'm making a sound decision by considering trying again so soon. But right now, I told DH I wish I could live in a bubble until I am pregnant again and on my way to a successful pregnancy. It took 7 months the first time - if it takes that long the second time I'll be devastated. The desire to have a baby is def. doing a number to my sanity!
Is there any point in temping/using OPKs, or is that pointless this soon?
I called for the pathology report from the sac this morning - still no answers (not that I expect for them to know much).
