Anytime I shower at night...
I feel like I can barely stand. Anyone else feel that way?
I'm a morning shower person, but will also shower at night if I work out or just feel like relaxing. For some reason when I'm standing in the shower I feel all the weight more at night and get the need to want to just sit on the floor. Only problem is I'm afraid I might not be able to get myself back up.

Sometimes if I am extra sleepy in the morning the warm water feels so good, I think how comfortable it would be sit or lay in the tub during my shower! I don't though, then I know I'll never make it to work!
Are you pushing yourself too hard when you work out?

No, only been walking on the treadmill and even if I don't work out and just take a shower at night I just feel I'm at my heaviest standing still. I actually feel better walking around then standing for too long

I think its from the steam or the heat, but many times when I shower now I feel like im going to pass out or something. I end up having to sit on the shower floor for a minute or two before I'm able to get back up.

when I shower, I always lean forward, and let the weight of my belly take over...I know it sounds weird but it feels good to stretch and get the pressure off of my back
If I take a shower and immediately blow dry my hair afterwards, I feel like I'm gonna pass out

I rarely ever take showers at night for the same reason. I almost fell over the other night in the shower so be careful. Now if i take one at night i make sure DH is home and can help me up if i sit down and can't get up. luckily i've still been able to manage to get myself up though. It's doing alot for my upper body strength.
