Apple picking... now what?
I'm not the best baker, but I need some "easy" ideas on what to do with all these apples we picked last weekend.
I have never made an apple pie either.
An easy baked apple or apple sauce recipe I can do with the kids?

I made both of these after apple picking a few weeks ago and both came out great.

We went apple picking on Saturday and made applesauce afterwards.
8 - 9 apples peeled and cored
cinnamon
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
Put all ingredients in a saucepan. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes on low. Mash with potato masher or puree in the blender.
