The only thing I know I will be making so far is my spinach and artichoke dip. It has been requested

Is it difficult to make?? I was thinking of making a guacamole dip but maybe this will be a better option.

It's ridiculously easy. I was pressed for time once and we were heading to a party so I tried this recipe out. Everyone loves it.
Just mix the following ingredients and put in a quiche pan and bake for like 20-25 minutes.
1 pkg of frozen chopped spinach (thawed & drained) 1 can of artichoke hearts (drained & finely chopped) 3/4 cup of mayo 3/4 cup of grated cheese (I use Pecorino Romano but Parmesan is fine too) 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
