Apricot Baked Brie

Ingredients…
¼ cup finely diced dried apricots
¼ almonds..chopped
1 tbsp snipped fresh parsley (you can substitute dried)
2 tbsp apricot preserves
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 package (8oz) crescent rolls
1 (4 inch round) 8oz Brie with rind
1 egg..lightly beaten

Directions..
Preheat oven to 350 degrees…Chop almonds, snip parsley and combine
Apricots, almonds, parsley, mustard and mix well

Unroll crescent roll crosswise into 2 squares, pressing seems to seal. Put Brie
On one square and scoop put mixture and put all over brie.

Take other square of crescent rolls and place over square with brie and seal.

Brush with egg mixture

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until crust is golden brown

Let stand for 15 minutes
