April Vacation Ideas
So many of you gave me great ideas for vacations this summer, but I've been on modified bedrest and we haven't been able to do anything too physical...anyway, I feel bad for my kids, since they wanted to do something fun as a family and we weren't able to (they went to Lake George with my inlaws and we camped on Long Island a few weeks earlier this summer).
Any ideas of something we can do in April (during the school break) that isn't too far of a drive but would be fun for the kids? My kids will be 12, 10, 5, and about 5-6 months. No flying and not too expensive, as I'll be coming off of an unpaid maternity leave. Thanks!

Kalahari?
I'm a little nervous I can't handle that with the baby...my two older girls will do everything with my husband but I'm not sure I can split myself between the 5 year old and the baby. She is pretty adventurous but not tall enough for a lot of things alone.

April Vacation Ideas
Mystic, CT is a nice trip. We have gone a couple of times with the kids. It takes us 3 hours from the Nassau/Queens border, and we usually stay for 2 nights.
