I have very bad allergies & the thing that finally did the trick was Allegra. It's prescription & costs me $60.00 for 30 pills but it is sooo worth it for an allergy free spring.

For me I find that Zyrtec works better than Claritin. It kicks in faster and lasts longer. They both say 24 hour relief but with Clartin in 12 hours I'd be sneezing and miserable again- yet I couldn't take another because it wasn't 24 hours yet.
The Zyrtec for me lasts 24 hours to the minute almost- I can feel it stop working the very next day at almost the same time!

Thats what I'm trying right now... And Clartin doesn't do anything for me...
