Are Tankless Water Heaters used much here?
Just wondering if Tankless Water heaters are used much here?

but we always have hot water

We have one. Had it installed last year. It's a Bosch and its run on natural gas with electric ignition. It's 6 gpm. I love it! I can run the dishwasher, washing machine and we can use 2 showers at the same time with no issues (well, our cesspools will beg to differ  ). All in all, a great investment and I love the unlimited hot water supply (especially in my shower  ).

Did you get your Bosch from Home Depot?
NO, the plumbing contractor we hired to install it purchased it for us, so we were able to get it cheaper, at cost. We paid $800 for the unit, and it retails for $999.

We've got one in our house. My DH is a contractor so he installed it for us. We paid for the unit (which was a bit $) but have saved so much- it runs off of gas and only costs about $8 per month to run!
