Looking for something casual, even take out.

most italian rests have GF pasta now, and pizza, not sure about being fully organic, but when eating out I think that can be hard anywhere.

You can try Tigerlily in Port Jefferson. I know they definitely have gluten free and I'm almost positive it's organic.

Fifth Season in Pt. Jeff has a lot of gf options on the menu.
For casual take out you can try Lucky 13 Cafe in Medford. They have some organic. I don't remember seeing anything specified as gf but I'm sure plenty of options there are and they'll also make things to order and are very helpful.
