Are these drapes too long? Opinions pls
I had to buy 95 inch drapes for my slider and they needed hemming. But they are (of course! ) just a bit longer than I had hoped to make them. Do they look like they need to be redone? I've seen drapes that hit the floor before and they look fine but I'm wondering if the velvet material makes them too heavy to carry the look. I so dont feel like rehemming them but will if I have to.

I think they look fine. (I prefer a slight break to a lot of puddling.) I think they look too "suburban" if they're the exact length or too short.

I think she is refering to the Desperate Housewives, perfect EVERYTHING type of suburban, where everything is just right....

Re: Are these drapes too long? Opinions pls
Whether they're in style or not, I've never been a fan of drapes that really gather too much at the floor.
I think yours are perfect just the way the are!
