Pls. help..insomnia a symptom?
I only found out Monday that I was preggo - is insomnia a symptom? maybe I am just obbsessing and can't sleep, I haven't been able to sleep in a whole day !

Yep I found warm showers right before bed helped alot.

I would get up at 3am every night without fail. Oddly enough when I had that baby, he was up every night at 3am.

It is unfortunately. I have it bad! I fall asleep ok, but when I wake up to pee, I can't fall back asleep for hours!
