Are we allowed to eat tuna???
I forget if this is a no-no or not. I'm in the mood for tuna.

Re: Are we allowed to eat tuna???
The recommendation is to limit it to once a week & don't eat too much albacore, stick to the chunk light tuna

Re: Are we allowed to eat tuna???
Doctors will say different things, but mine told me it's okay to eat no more than a can (or a piece of tuna) once a week, and to go for the chunk light (not the albacore which has more mercury) when I can.
The fish you need to avoid completely are shark, swordfish, king mackeral, and tilefish.
