Are you allergic to any food? (major or minor)
Im not until I realized that recently I am!
Apparently I am to pineapple.
I love it, eat it and enjoy it and while or after eating....the roof of my mouth itches.
I dont get any further reaction but told that means I am allergic.

I get a very strange reaction to ketchup. When I eat it, right under my ears gets the WEIRDEST feeling. Like a really strong tickle/burn.

I'm allergic to casein (aka dairy). I can tolerate some things, depending on their consistancy I guess, but milk, sour cream, yogurt, cheese, etc. will definitely send me to the hospital. My throat closes, I stop breathing, my face swells, I get itchy "inside my head," I break out, heart races...it's pretty much a full anaphalactic reaction  I have to carry an epi pen with me at all times...

technically, i don't know if it's an allergy... but i cannot eat any oil- or butter-based sauces, like bernaise or hollandaise, or buerre blanc. i get a BAD reaction that leaves me in the bathroom for days, if you KWIM.

It could also just be that the intense acid in pineapple is eating away at your mouth. I don't have any allergies, but too much pineapple and my lips start to chap. Some water takes care of it, though.

I am very very allergic to Pine nuts. They cause my throat to close, tongue, eyes, lips, face swell up and i vomit. Not a pretty site, i never go anywhere without benadryl. Sucks since i'm italian and lots of cookies are made with them, i can't even eat a cookie that was next to a pine nut.
I am mildly allergic to sage and brazil nuts-they make my whole mouth itch badly.
What's weird is that i'm not allergic to any other nuts.

Caffeine. If I drink regular coffee or tea it makes my heart race and triggers panic attacks

well, sort of....
If I consume any fish or fish product (including thai fish sauce or wosteshire), it makes me break out in pimples... not a RASH.... but pimples.
It's scary becuase the first time this happened (in my 20's), it spurred off a HUGE autoimmune reaction whose primary symptom was a bad case of cystic acne....
So I've avoided all fish products for the last 15 years.... completely.
(going to london this summer... no fish and chips for me  )

oh that's rough The only thing I can think of that's even more difficult is my friend's mom's allergy to gluten  her allergic response is as severe as yours... she can't eat anything that has flour, wheat, or processed in a plant with wheat products.
Even many brands of chocolate and candy have wheat-based ingredients  She literally cannot eat out in any restaurant

Honeydew! I used to be able to eat it, but out of nowhere I get a swollen tingly feeling in my mouth. It is in every fruit platter and when I have to get a fruit paltter made up, I have to make sure that I tell them it can not be on the cutting board, the knife they cut with etc. I also found out that pistachio ice cream gets its green color from a form of honeydew.

I started to get a reaction at 24 to yellow dye #5, which tends to be in a lot of things (american cheese, candies like Skittles/Gobstoppers, etc.; cheese doodles, etc.)---if I eat too much of it my lip swells up beyond recognition & my tongue swells up.

Caffeine.
I have a high base heart rate. Drinking/ ingesting caffeine gives me heart attack like symptoms.

Same thing happened to me but with cherries. My mouth gets extremely itchy, and I get these small bumps on my lips.

None that I know of, thank god, I love food!
DH is allergic to artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and oranges. He also can't eat too much dairy b/c his nose gets stuffed up.
