No, I buy what I like regardless of name.

I should add that I do not buy leather bags so that eliminate's just about every designer out there with the exception of Kate Spade and Prada (of which I have 2 & 1 respectively).

No, I buy what I like. I'll spend more $$ on my every-day bag, but it doesnt neccesarily have to be a big name brand. As long as I like it and it looks like it will last.

I've also bought cheaper bags just to match an outfit.

Most of the designer bags I have have been gifts.

I've never really been much of a handbag person -- and would buy things once in a while if they were cute -- reguardless of the brand. For a long time I'd buy cute bags at Target -- but was only using these bags for a short amount of time and it was more because the styles were cute then anything else.

Now I have been buying Vera Bradley bags just because I am hooked on them, and they aren't really all that expensive compaired to other name brand bags that people buy. But if I saw a cute bag somewhere else that wasn't name brand I'd definately get it.

I love handbags. It's my favorite accessory. I have all kinds - designers to no name. If it catches my eye, then I get it.
What I don't like are bags that "advertise". With the exception of the very high end brands (LV, Fendi, Gucci - who's primary style is their logo), I don't care for bags with big clips or tags that display the name.
A lot of Guess bags are really cute, but then they ruin it with that super big G.

No. I have several coach and kate spade bags, but the bag I'm carrying right now I found in NY&Co. last year and it's really cute for work. I can't rationalize spending more than $200 on a bag at this point in my life so it's better if I don't torture myself by developing a new obsession!

I have a few designer bags, but I'm rough on my bags, so I tend to buy cheaper but good quality bags now. For me it's not the name, it's the design and features that are important.

I have several designer bags, prada, gucci, fendi, LV. I realized though, that I change bags so often that I now tend to buy cheaper bags that I like, rather than spending my money on the more pricey ones.

Yes, mostly every bag I own is name brand. I do have a few that are non-name brand and wear them from time to time.

I only buy name brand bags....so I don't buy very often. I bought a burberry over the summer and I probably won't buy another bag until the holidays, or after.

Nope, not at all. I think it's HOW you wear it, not WHAT you're wearing.

You can be dressed in the most expesnive shiz ever, but still manage to look like a hooch. And you could be broke as a pig, but still manage to make hand me downs look amazing. Part of it is how you carry yourself.

Therefore, no, in fact, I prefer that you don't know the brand at all.

I think almost all my bags have been Nine West except about 10 years ago I asked for the Kate Spade bag for Xmas.

I've had a few Old Navy junkers too. I'm really not a bag person though ...

I don't buy recognizable brands... but I do LOVE Kenneth Cole reaction bags. I buy whatever I like, regardless of the brand most of the time. I used an old navy bag all summer!

I've never been obsessed with name brand clothing as I am with bags. I have a few coaches, burberry, dooney & bourke, christian dior..the list just won't end.

But, DH said to me the other day "NO MORE BAGS". They are leaking to his side of the closet these days.

Never thought about selling ones I don't use often anymore. Good idea, maybe then DH will buy me new ones Well, one could hope anyway!
