I think she hates that ponytail too, but her managers/people make her dress like she always on her way to her sweet 16.

Apparently she wears her hair that way because her real hair was severely damaged during her tv show from all the bleaching and dying, so she has to pull it back until it recovers. I think I've seen her once with it down and it looked beautiful. I wish she would wear it that way more.

Her hair is damaged so its a protective look. Shes adorable in person.
