Arond what age did you increase oz in bottle?

DS will pretty much finish 4 oz.....but during the day it's every 2-3 hours
at night, I get 4 1/2-5 hours MAX.....

and we just went up a nipple size

You don't really increase with age you increase when you dc is looking for more. When I was upping his formula it was because he was finishing every last drop and then wanting more about every 2hrs so I would up it an oz then he would go longer. Now he's drinking 4 8oz bottle per day (along w/ baby food) and he is 6mos old. If your unsure just fill the bottle an extra oz and whats the worse that can happen they don't drink it then you know their not ready.

My SIL's ped told my SIL to try and increase his bottle half an oz. a week. My nephew is 6 weeks tomorrow and drinking 5.5oz every 4 hours. So you can try something like. She said he is ready for 6 and I think going to 6oz tomorrow.

when i saw he was consistently finishing what i put in the bottle
e.g. he always downed 5 oz bottles and then i upped it to 6 oz etc.
