Article -- "Crib bumpers can do more harm than good"

I thought this article might be interesting to some of you trying to make decisions on bedding.

I never used a crib bumber with my DD#1, and will not with DD#2 either. They aren't necessary.

Thanks for posting! I think they look nice, but I'm planning to skip them too. If Chat Icon gets his arms or legs stuck too much, I may try breathable bumpers.

Thanks for sharing! Bumpers look nice on the crib, but I question their safety. Right now I have them on the crib, but after my baby is born and grows out of her/his bassinet I am going to take them out of the crib.

I am not using them either. I registered for a breathable bumper, but if that doesn't fit well, I won't use that either.
