How are there only 4 bedrooms in there? I have 3 bedrooms in a ranch.

They list the bedrooms, but then there is the gym, viewing room, wine cellar, game room, office, dressing room, maybe an extra suite for guests not even considered 'just a bedroom'...they get creative with all the extra rooms that us normal folk just call a bedroom no matter how you use it.

they are probably huge
there are probably other rooms that could be bedrooms- but are an office, or a gym etc.

True...there's probably a room with a bed, dresser, nightstand, etc....but she put a bottle of wine in there and calls it her "wine cellar". Still a bedroom, no matter how you slice it!
