Aside from green bean casserole...need a green bean dish
Any recipes (or simple ways) to spruce up fresh green beans...Lokking for a side dish for C-mas for a crowd...

Was just looking at this site and those ginger garlic string beans look good...think I'm going to try them!!!

steam them until they have a soft bite to them....saute a little olive oil and 2 cloves of garlic in a frying pan until slightly golden then mix in some plain bread crumbs, toast them up, throw in the string beans and toss the beans and breadcrumbs together...super easy and so yummy!
