Asking for a friend-when you get your masters
do you bring it to court street or can you mail them in?
I didn't have an answer because I swore that I gave my masters documentation to a secretary but I went to court st for my 30+ credits.
Trying to save her a trip!

Honestly, that organization is such a disaster that I would encourage your friend to go there herself. It's a huge PITA but she needs to get herself some kind of receipt and not trust it to the DOE mailroom.

I did it all via the computer and mailed in my transcripts.
