At 4 months post partum, I am happy to say
I lost all 60 disgusting pregnancy pounds!!!! 
I still have another 35-40 to go, hopefully 50, but this is a big milestone!

I EBF, I am on a special diet for DD's milk allergy (no dairy, soy, nuts, seafood, eggs( but before that, I ate a lot of small meals frequently and a lot of salad, and I do the elliptical every other day and swim on my off days.
Honestly, I think it is the BFing diet! But I will take it. I actually plan on staying dairy free and mostly soy free when DD weans because it is actually helping my rheumatoid arthritis.

4.5 months pp here,
41 off 1 more to go!
with #1 I lost the 60 by 6 months pp.
both times nursing on a no milk no soy diet
yeah, i should probably stay no milk or soy after nursing as well.
great work!
