I once woke up with a beetle in my belly button. I will NEVER EVER EVER go camping again.
(I was in a tent in my backyard. I made it from 11pm-12:30, and I was back in the house.)

I woke up once with a dragonfly on my nose. I refused to sleep in my bedroom for weeks. This was when I was much younger. LOL

I heard that a person will swallow a certain amount of spiders while they sleep during the span of their lifetime - but someone made a good point - how do scientists study something like that???

not only that, but think about it - someone would have to be sitting in people's bedrooms overnight to observe this - but LOTS of people's bedrooms, LOTS of evenings, across so many different settings, etc - and THEN - what are the odds that there will be a spider on the ceiling that will drop into someone's mouth?
and, if its done in a lab or simulated bedroom somewhere, then how do they know that its something that would occur in a regular bedroom setting?

WHAT!!?? I would literally die. OMG.
The other night I was sitting on my couch and there was a giant BLACK spider crawling on the arm of the couch...right next to me - I didn't even see it until my DH saw it and whacked it with a magazine!
