At the risk of sounding like a complete lunatic.....
I'll tell you all that I think I might have a pregnancy angel I'll explain why...I'm a teacher and when I was pregnant with DC #1 4 years ago, I used to have to do bus duty. The bus driver was such an amazing woman that as I got further along in my pregnancy, if the weather wasn't good, she would come into the building and get the kids so I wouldn't have to walk in the rain or ice, etc. She was so sweet. Then, right before I left for maternity leave, she gave me this beautiful quilt she made for DC. It was just so beautiful and kind that a stranger had taken such good care of me and anticipated the arrival of my child with a gift. My DC loved that quilt as a baby Anyway, fast forward to now, four years later...I took my bus out today on the first day of school, and low and behold, there was that very same bus driver (whom I haven't seen since she gave me the quilt for DC #1 4 years ago)! I instantly thought in my head, "Omg, she's my pregnancy angel!" I'm probably the biggest weirdo for thinking that, but I really felt like it was a sign Ok, commence with the pointing and laughing at me

I think that is a great story and a great sign! I am a huge believer in signs and everything happening for a reason. I had several signs the month I got my BFP! Good luck to you!!!

I have to bump this story because now that I know I AM pregnant, I really, honestly believe this woman is like an angel Again, maybe I'm crazy, but it seems it was true!
