At the sprinkler park today...
We just got there. Brody, 21 months walked over to the water and was standing next to a little girl. I was a few feet away getting the sun block. I looked down to pick up the can and hear a woman screaming at the top of her lungs... "Hey, get your f*&^%$# hands off her!"
Brody pulled the little girl's hair. I was right there, and I pulled him away immediately and reprimanded him.
Is it o.k. that he pulled another child's hair??? Obviously not. But that big, gross, nasty, cow needs to watch her nasty mouth around a place filled with kids.
Harsh of me to write that??? Yes! But, babies/children do things like that. If she acted diffrently, I would have apologized like a decent human being and removed my child. What she did was totally uncalled for.
I removed him and apologized to the child, and told her that it was completely uncalled for, for her to speak like that and that he was only a baby.
It really upset me. What would you have done?

 I would've went over to that mother and told her that I would punch her in her fuuckin mouth if she ever spoke that way to my child again. I would have my DS apologize to the little girl and get the hell away from that family. WTH is wrong with people!!

i can totally relate there are ways to handle situations and adults need to act like adults...
(i was in carters and accidently bumped a woman's foot with my stroller ... her kids were in the aisle, sitting on the floor  and I must have said excuse me TWELVE times. If you dont move my the 12th excuse me, im running you over! I slightly bumped the back of her foot. She looked at me and screamed "you ran my foot over." I said, I apologize, I said excuse me numerous times. I tried to avoid you but your children were taking up the aisle and its hard to see the floor in front of the stroller when im behind it."
She mumbled under her breath and then tried to stare me down yyyaaaaah OK cause that scares me 
As she was leaving, she starts screaming about how rude I am and how her husband is a lawyer and she can sue me because "strollers are vehicles and they arent allowed in stores and I hit her"  are you kidding me lady?
I congratulated her on her husband passing the bar and told her to have him call me after her foot healed!
GROW UP PEOPLE - sorry for hijacking, I can just 100% relate!

That is absolutely ridiculous. I would have totally said something. We were at the park the other night and DS started crying when I was about to leave (my husband and I took separate cars) and someone playing baseball said "shut that flucking baby up" and DH freaked and started yelling back! What a jerk!

That woman sounds like a real winner I don't think I'll be able to handle going to the park next summer with DS. I'm not ready for the parent fights that come along with it.

Why cant these people understand that kids are KIDS. A boy about a year older than my son pushed my son & made him fall at the ped office a few months ago. Was I mad at the kid? NO. But I was sure as sh!t mad at the mother for not saying a thing to her kid. She sat there & watched him do it and said NOTHING to her son.
I dont think its my place to discipline another child~ espcially with the language that woman used.

We went to the sprinkler park the other day. My DS got pushed right down. The mom immediatley came over with her DS and made him apologize to my DS.
I told her "Thank You. Its OK".
I cannot imagine yelling something like that in front of other parents and children! UNREAL.
