We stopped about 4-5 months ago. He now just sits in a chair.

Re: At what age did you stop using the
The reason I ask - is all of a sudden about 2 weeks ago - Ali decided she only wants to sit in her highchair every once and a while. And honestly for the first week I didn't care - cause she seemed to be eating more that she usually did in the highchair (which wasn't much) But now the last couple of days - can't get her to sit in the highchair or a chair at the table for long at all, and now it is starting to effect how much she eats. She sometimes doesn't want to eat at all

Re: At what age did you stop using the
Andrew never eats so I feel your frustration Can you just feed her on the go? Does she have her own little table? This has helped a lot with Andrew's eating.

I have no immediate plans to give up the high chair. Ella eats much better when she's in it.

Re: At what age did you stop using the
DD hasn't sat in her highchair since she was 20 mos (roughly). She is now 2 years old. We just put her in a regular chair and she manages to eat with no problem.

Re: At what age did you stop using the
Syd is 2 and has no problem eating in her highchair... always asking to go in it at mealtime so until that stops, that's where she will eat!

Re: At what age did you stop using the
Julia is almost 3 and stll sits in her highchair, its easier for me to keep everything neat and for her not to get so messy.

Re: At what age did you stop using the
DS #1 was 18 months when he graduated to the Kinderzeat and DS #2 acquired it at about 23 months.
My little guy decided that he would no longer "need" a restaurant high chair or stroller right around the 2 year mark. He's 2 1/2 now and will only sit in the stroller with a bribe and will NEVER sit in a high chair.

Re: At what age did you stop using the
Sarah stopped around 18 months. I didn't want her to feel like she was getting kicked out of it for Andy, so I moved her over about 2 months before he needed it.
Andy has been at the table since a little over a year. He would kick the tray off all the time and I got tired of it, so I put him in a booster at the table. I sit in between the 2 of them.
