At what age did you wash your newborn's face with more than just a wet washcloth?

We have given DS several baths in the last 2 1/2 weeks, but have only wiped his face with a wet washcloth and no soap.

When did you start to use some kind of soap and not just water?

PS-DS has some baby acne on his face so we don't want to irritate it any more than it already is.

I just use the soapy bathwater and wipe her...

I've been doing that since I was able to use soap - but, I only bathe her every 3 or 4 days...
