The Bankruptcy and Insolvency Committee of the Suffolk County Bar Association will be having its first meeting of the 2009-2010 academic year on Wednesday, September 23rd at 5:30PM at the Bar Association. I am a newly appointed co-chair of this committee, along with an esteemed colleague, Joseph Rosenthal, Esq. At our first meeting we will discuss the program of the committee for the year and we will welcome suggestions for meeting programs and seminars. We welcome both experienced and non-experienced bankruptcy practitioners. There is no charge to attend these meetings but please contact me if you are not already a Bar Association member.
