ATTN: December 2010 mommies to be - who wants to do an online baby shower ??
So my Fertility Friend December Due date group is doing this, and I thought it might be a good idea to do it here too !!
Below is a description of what it's all about and I am more than happy to organize. It takes a little while to organize everyone - the first step is asking who's interested in participating.
Everyone gets one person to send a baby gift too. We set an maximum amount ($20 ??) and then you have to mail your gift to get to your partner by a certain date. (about a week before the shower date) The date we set is our Online Shower day. You can't open your gift until that date, and then everyone posts pictures of the fun, cute and adorable gifts !!
If you are interested, let me know your real name (just first is fine), if you are having a   or if you are like me and staying  Also - if you have a preference on what gender you would like to buy for, let me know that too.
If you want to participate please either post the above information on this post or FM me by THURSDAY AUGUST 26TH. I will compile a final list and assign everyone a "mail to" person over the next week and let everyone know who their partner is by Saturday the 28th.
We can put a $20 limit on the gift (and then of course there will be the shipping charge in addition to the gift) have a mail out no later then October 29th date and set our shower date to open and post pics for November 7th. Is everyone okay with this? Overall it should cost between $25 & $30 at the most. You could always use the flat rate shipping boxes from the post office if it's beneficial (sometimes it's not and shipping first class is cheaper just takes a day or so longer)
After everyone gets a "mail to" name you will need to FM the person who has your name with your home address so they can send you the gift.
I took this list from the other December mommies to be thread and will edit it as we go along. If you do not want to participate let me know and I will take your name off this list.
Hopefully this works out because it seems like it will be a lot of fun !!

Okay, so I will be away for a few days and while I can look at LIF from my phone it doesn't let me post & I don't have a laptop !!
I will update whoever wants to join in when I get home and will have the "mail to" list done by next saturday as planned !!
