I contacted Ipsy about my dissatisfaction and threatened to cancel. In response, I got a totally generic response from "xoxo Danielle." I went through my Glam Room and looked at the last few bags and just realized that each month, i'm more dissatisfied so I just cancelled!

Got mine yesterday! Love LOVE LOVE the Charcoal scrub! Not digging the UD lipstick--it's small and the colour is super bright on me. But other than that, awesome bag this time.
It feels like Christmas every month

From what I'm seeing on the Ipsy website and FB page alot of people are having this issue. Basically it comes down to DHL. My mom (who I gave Ipsy as a gift to) received hers yesterday. UPS delivered to USPS on Saturday evening so she got it yesterday morning. And mine is stuck in GA!! No clue when I'm getting my bag since it's taken 5 days already and hasn't moved according to the trackin code.

Got my bag today. Love the lipstick even though the color is a tad brighter than my normal shades. Can't wait to try the pumpkin mask and the mascara.
Those of you asking about tracking numbers, did you check the tracking number on the USPS site? Once DHL sends the package out of GA and into USPS, the tracking number is different and in the USPS system. I was able to track where it went from GA to NJ and finally straight to my hometown this morning.

Got my bag. I'd say ehhh it's good. Haven't tried mascara or BB cream yet, scrub made my face feel nice and smooth, lip balm is vanilla and really makes my lips feel nice and smooth and unfortunately I got MORE nailpolish...I do like the color though!

No, they are different tracking numbers. USPS calls it a "label number".
When Ipsy emailed me the first "your bag has shipped!" email, I clicked the link which took me to the DHL Global Mail website and showed me the package originated in Harrisburg, NC then went straight to Forest Lake, GA.
I signed up for the email updates, so once the DHL link showed "Tendered to USPS in Secaucus, NJ" on August 12th, I then clicked the link to "Go to USPS to track this shipment" link and then put the new tracking number and my email address on THAT site.
Once I put my email into USPS site, it tracked the package through the US Postal Service. I got emails every night from USPS showing me exactly where the package was.
ETA: I just checked the original DHL site with the first tracking number and it shows the entire process to date:

I used to get them the day after I rec'd the shipping notice. Now it's like a week after!

Lipstick is awesome
The blush is so so
The BB cream is a joke, it didn't cover my red tinted skin at all. Threw it right in the garbage.
The charcoal scrub is good, I think it needs to be really effective with their suggested follow up products.
The mascara is nice too.
