Autumn Squash soup recipe...(butternut squash)
Panera's is delicious so I decided to try to mimic it, found a copycat recipe online but figured I would ask if anyone has a good butternut squash soup recipe...thanks

Autumn Squash soup recipe...(butternut squash)
i cheat a bit & use the already made butternut squash soup in a box from tradjer joes and chicken stock as a base, and simmer the peeled & chopped butternut squash for a couple of hours, along with tomatoes, carrots, curry & coconut oil. sometimes i'll add some heavy cream & butter to cream it up.

I made one two weeks ago and it came out great.
Butternut Squash Soup with Chorizo
I sauteed all the veggies before adding the liquid and squash. Then blended it all at the end rather than having chunks of veggies. Then topped with the chorizo.
