Avent microwave sterilizer and Dr. Brown's bottles

I'm assuming its fine to sterlize the Dr. Brown's bottles in the Avent sterlizer. Do I put ALL the Dr. Brown pieces in it? Even the yellowish rubbery pieces? Also do I need to save those white chips that block the flow to the nipple?

It stinks I can only fit 4 bottles in at a time.

I put all the pieces in as well.
Also, definitely save the white chips! You'll need them when you go out and pack bottles. Plus, they don't sell them seperately if you lose them so hang on to them.

thanks. I feel so clueless. I just sterlized the bottles for the first time - now I just fill them with formula and store in the fridge right?

Yup, if you want to make them all at once, you can. Or you can just make fresh bottles as you need them.
Don't worry-- I was sooo clueless when DD was first born too!

I think you put them in the nipple when you travel so it doesn't leak.
