jet blue is just starting routes there so you may be able to find a deal

You can also look into flying into Oakland, the airport is about the same distance from downtown and a lot of times you can get a better rate!

Napa is about an hour from both airports. I've only gone up there from the Oakland Airport and it wasn't a bad drive!

San Jose is another option (although further from napa)
