Awesome (and healthy!) new Recipe I wanted to share
I made this last night for me and DH. It was excellent and super easy ..one pan!! It has not been easy trying to find HEALTHY fab tasting meals ..

ETA: I served couscous with it... I added a lil garlic, corn, chick peas and red onion to "spice" it up a bit
