wanted to share my "recipe" for Logan Pizza!
very original name, no?
DS is moving away from the purees, but I had a whole case of Earth's Best Chicken Tomato Pastina (also contains Carrots, Whole Grain Couscous and Garbanzo Beans) that I wanted to get use out of.
I spread a jar onto a whole wheat wrap then top with mozzarella cheese (usually stringcheese or whatever i have on hand), bake for a few minutes, and voila! Logan Pizza. I cut it into 6 "slices" and he eats the entire thing.
quick, easy, and i almost always have the ingredients in the fridge.
I'm a horrible cook. This is progress!

omg I love it. I too am a horrible cook and am having anxiety about dd leaving the purees. I feel like she isn't going to eat as healthy once she relies on me for cooking. I swear I told DH that i'm going to continue to sneak the purees into all of her table foods so I can be sure she gets her vegetables and such. I'm really going to use your recipe!!

that is fabulous.
sounds similar to what I ate for dinner some nights after class in college (except I had black beans instead of chicken tomato pastina  ) it was delicious!
