AWESOME book - career related
Called " The No ******* Rule: Building a Civilized Workplace and Surviving One That Isn't" by Robert I. Sutton (Stanford professor).
For those of you (like me) that have gone through some rough times and worked with some real a-holes, this is worth a read and it's a fast read too. He even defines "Permanent a-holes" and "temporary a-holes" and what criteria defines them.
