Awesome Diet
Edit: deleting the post- bec sometimes when you try to do something nice there are skeptical and nasty people who ruin it. I dont gain anything from sharing the diet in the grp. It was created by a friends nutritionist. I wanted to share what worked for me and others. I wont share the diet here bec I dont want other to use it and make $ off of it. Thanks and happy dieting.

Ummm ye there is no name for the diet since it was made by a girls nutritionist. I was trying to be kind and spreading the diet around for people who are intent on losing weight. You are seriously dense. You shared the group link but refused to even tell people the NAME of the diet or what it was about unless they ALREADY KNEW about it or wanted to join. See how that doesn't really work?
