Awesome idea for outside play!!!
We don't have much of a yard, just a 10x10 piece of concrete fenced in. I was asking friends for a good idea of toys for kids to play on concrete and she suggested that I give the kids water/squirt bottles so they can "paint" the fence and squirt things. My kids were outside for 2 hours just spraying things!!!
What a great idea!!!
I just had to share in case anyone has a small yard like us

Another thing is a chalk board! I went to someone's house and they had a big chalk board hanging on their fence---the kids were preoccupied for a long time! It doesn't take up any space either.

i remember painting the fence at my grandparents house when i was younger. we used a paint brush and water though. nice memories and lots of fun
