Babies sex..
I went in for my early screening on Friday. I am having twins and the technician checked to see if she could make out the sex of the babies..she said boy and girl. The doctor also checked and said the same thing...my question is..at 13 weeks..how accurate do u think this information is? Was anyone else told early and later found out something different?

There was a thread on this last week, and quite a few people had been told one sex, only to have it turn out the other. I don't think they should even hazard a guess that early, because looking at the online pics, the parts are almost identical!
I had my 12 week sono last week and neither the sono tech nor the doctor would guess.

At 13 weeks it's still kind of early -
I'd wait for 20 weeks to get it confirmed before I started shopping pink and blue !!

Oh wow!! We saw a nub and they said boy..but, in that girls case, she had the same image as me and turned out to be a girl..very interesting. The doctor did warn us that the nub could be a little girl part forming..lol..

That early, it's really not that 100% accurate. At my 12 week ultrascreen, the tech did say girl, and she was right, but she did tell us not to go painting the room pink until it was confirmed at my 20 week.

Yeah, I think its the "angle of the dangle" as they put it  !...The in-gender web-site can get addicting, there is one sono tech on there that gives her "expert opinion" if you post a sono pic...Even though we are on team , I like to guess with everyone -LOL !

they determined my boys were identical boys at about 14 wks....i think the dr said they could only 70% guarantee it before that.....
